The first meeting is more of a “get to know you” than anything else. Obviously, we will want to know some things about you, your desires and tastes, and your expectations of a homebuilder. Typically, by the end of this meeting, we both will have a pretty good idea of whether we want to move forward in the process of plan design.
In this stage we will plan your future home from the floorplan to the countertops. We will walk you through the steps of planning, making sure you are happy with all your choices along the way.
We have assembled a team of some of the best experts in construction and residential lending in Southeast Texas. They can shop the absolute best deals around for you and be a tremendous asset during the building process. If you have a mortgage company, we will work with them to make sure that there aren’t any surprises during or after construction.
From land preparation to delivery, we are there with you. We will be available to you by phone, email, or in person throughout the building process. You can also rest assured knowing that your new home is being built by experts in their field.
We have a detailed Home Owner Introduction that introduces you to all of the parts and pieces of your new home, their operation and maintenance, and warranty before you move in. We will also be checking in regularly for the first few weeks after move-in to make sure that you are settling in well and to answer any questions or address any concerns.
Did you know that there will be somewhere around 200,000 parts and pieces going into your new home? If we get it 99.99% correct, chances are that you will, at some point, need to contact our warranty team.
